What we have available Today
Our first-generation wellness range combines honest ingredients, natural functionality, and outstanding flavour — created to help buyers meet rising demand for food that’s both satisfying and better for you
Each product is clean-label and crafted for great taste and dependable performance. Many have earned prestigious national awards, confirming their quality, consistency, and real market appeal
Most recently introduced are our Nord-Bakes — a unique filled mashed potato bake that deliver nutrient-rich comfort and premium taste. They’re all gluten-free and available in meat, vegetarian, and vegan options, offering versatility across menus and dietary needs

Building the Future of Better Food Together
What is coming in 2026
Our next generation of savoury filled bread buns is in development — building on the success of our first range. The new recipes will use long-fermented doughs and expanded bread bases that are not only rich in flavour but also nutritionally enhanced and naturally supportive of gut health
Among the new varieties under development is Sprouted Bread — offering enhanced nutrition, easier digestion, and slow-release energy, providing a wholesome upgrade on traditional wholegrain options
New bread outers in development include Oat & Kefir Enriched, Quinoa & Olive Oil, and Chickpea & Spelt Protein Doughs — each designed to bring better nutrition, texture, and taste to our next generation of wellness bakes
We’re also expanding our savoury bun fillings with globally inspired flavours such as Katsu Chicken Curry, Reuben Salt Beef, and Chana Saag Aloo, combining comfort and innovation in every bite
Our salad range will also grow to include new additions such as Golden Ginger Slaw & Spicy Carrot with Sunflower Seeds developed to complement our bakery range and deliver freshness, balance, and strong visual appeal
